What is a Content Managment System?
Content Management is the ability to change, alter and manage your website's content without the need to understand or change the code. A content management system (CMS) is the mechanism through which this is achieved.
There are many content management systems out there; however, we recommend Joomla! We use and trust Joomla with most of our sites and we believe it is the best CMS for what we have to offer.

Site and Administrator
Your site will actually have two separate sites. The site (this is called the Front End) is what visitors to your site will see. Using our tiered login system, site managers can log in through the front end of the site and edit/add content using a simple word editor - this is the simplest way to edit your content and involves nothing more complicated than typing a Word document.
The administration area (also called the back end) is only used by people managing your site and is used to alter the structure and functionality of the site. All our sites will operate out-of-the-box, which means that all basic content will be automated (logins, forms, translations, calendars etc.) and will only require site managers to login to the front end if they wish to update some content (welcome notes, newsletter etc.); however, we do offer packages that offer training and support on the back-end of the site to give you greater control over your site's functionailty and content - this will depend on how you wish your site to operate and which package you choose
